• The account holder has breached any part of these Terms.
• The account is being used for fraudulent or illegal activity.
• The account holder has provided false or misleading information.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to karya kiya or other players.

If your account is suspended, you will be notified by email. Funds held in a suspended account will be reviewed and, where no breach is confirmed, returned to the account holder via the original payment method. If a breach is confirmed, funds may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature of the breach.

Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting karya kiya support. Any real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned after standard verification checks are completed.
